Take the burden off yourself

Our goal is to relieve you from the production of custom orthopedic devices, so that you can:

  • Have more time for your patients
  • Assist more patients
  • Spend less on inventory and machinery
  • Require fewer staff members with specialized knowledge
  • Be relieved of quality registrations
  • Require less workshop space
  • Have more free time to enjoy life.

You take the measurements

You ask, we take care of the rest:

  • Measurements: plaster cast, foam, 3D scan.
  • Special requests: color, printing, hinges, knee, foot, etc. according to standardized size charts.

Production in a modern workshop

Quality Production plays a leading and active role in the orthopedic industry. We ensure the quality of our custom-made aids to deliver the highest possible quality of insoles, corsets, orthoses, and prostheses within the agreed-upon timeframe.

The production process follows standardized procedures in a modern workshop.

Your 3D or plaster model is digitally or manually adjusted by you or by us. Afterward, the manufacturing process begins immediately. Each process flow undergoes rigorous quality controls to ensure that every orthopedic medical device is unique and manufactured according to ISO 13485 quality standards.

Each device is delivered with its own unique passport to guarantee MDR traceability.

Trust

We are a third-generation family business where every customer is a valued colleague. We take pride in our customers and our position as an independent market-leading manufacturer. Together with our partners, we work every day to create better aids.

Competitive Prices

The cost of custom-made products is calculated based on the complexity of production. In Belgium, the RIZIV/INAMI nomenclature serves as a good guide for this. Therefore, our prices are usually proportionate to the services provided.

Innovating to Stand Out

If you want to distinguish yourself as an entrepreneur today, you need to innovate.

Undoubtedly, you have loyal customers (patients, doctors, hospitals) who will not stray from your side, but on average, physicians and healthcare professionals have become less loyal to suppliers. They are also more receptive to novelties and have higher expectations. To remain appealing in these times, you need to stand out. You must demonstrate that you are flexible, proactive, and capable of surprising the customer with new, creative ideas.
