Cheneau corsets and elongation corsets with pneumatic pumps (QPEC) have become specialties for us.
For orthopedic providers, we manufacture lumbosacral orthoses, abdominal belts, and inguinal hernia supports.
Foot and Leg Orthoses
We manufacture a wide range of orthoses for the lower limbs, each with its own specific function, material, and design.
This can range from epoxy resin foot lifters with or without hinges to long leg braces with tuberosity pads, PTB orthoses, knee orthoses, orthoses for correcting the alignment of a leg and/or foot. Our night orthoses and post-operative knee orthoses (POKO's) are 3D printed and hand-finished.
The production of foot and leg orthoses involves a wide range of materials and techniques. Each orthosis is specifically designed for its intended purpose, taking into account the patient's anatomy, lifestyle needs, medical history, and more. The materials used can vary from thermoplastics to carbon fiber composites, depending on the desired outcome.
Custom 3D-printed elongation corset
The stretch corset or elongation corset with a pneumatic pumping system, designed by Quality Production, is used to achieve pain relief in the spinal area.
It works by utilizing air pressure to gently stretch the spine and increase its length.
The device consists of a 3D-printed corset and is equipped with an adjustable pump that can be customized to deliver the desired amount of pressure.
Custom 3D POKO Knee Brace
We create custom postoperative knee orthoses. The POKO 3D is exceptionally lightweight, features a modern design, and offers high wearing comfort.
We transform your impression into a digital model. Digital modeling, printing, and assembly make the production process simpler, faster, and more cost-effective.
The QP POKO knee brace is environmentally friendly. 3D technology generates less production waste.
Scoliosis Braces
The Cheneau brace and Boston Brace, made by us, are specialized orthopedic braces used to correct scoliosis. Consistent wearing of a scoliosis brace guarantees efficiency and success for the patient.
The Cheneau treatment was developed by Dr. Jacques Cheneau. The brace features a unique and effective biomechanical design. Improved fit means increased comfort, and a stylish finish makes it easier to adhere to the brace treatment.
Long Leg Braces
The material preference for manufacturing long leg braces is highly diverse. There are many similarities between carbon, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. Creating long leg braces is a specialty.
The computer-controlled leg orthosis C-Brace® offers entirely new possibilities and freedom of movement. For example, when bending the leg under load, sitting down, walking on slopes and uneven terrain, or descending stairs. New sensor technology makes the entire motion sequence even more dynamic and sensitive. The hinge is supported by a smartphone app.
